Citroen C5 Aircross Prices Hiked By Up To Rs 1.4 Lakh

Citroen India made its debut in the market last year with the C5 Aircross. The prices were set on the higher side and it didn’t start with a blast. Now Citroen India has increased the prices of the C5 Aircross. Citroen C5 Aircross prices have been hiked by up to Rs 1.4 lakh for the Feel variant.

Citroen C5 Aircross is a premium mid-size SUV that takes on the likes of the Jeep Compass and upcoming Volkswagen Tiguan. Talking about the prices, Citroen India launched the C5 Aircross at a starting price of Rs 29.90 lakh whereas the top Shine variant fetched up to Rs 31.90 lakh. The updated prices have taken the base price to Rs 31.30 lakh whereas the Shine variant now costs Rs 32.80 lakh.

Talking about the C5 Aircross, the Shine variant offers a panoramic sunroof, LED headlights and a hands-free electric tailgate. On the powertrain front, the C5 Aircross comes powered with a sole 2.0-litre diesel engine that puts out 175bhp and 400 Nm of torque. Mated to the engine is an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. However, the C5 Aircross lacks the option of petrol and AWD.
