Isuzu hasn’t been really active in launching new products here in India whereas, in neighbouring markets, they have been pretty quick. That may change soon as Isuzu would start rolling out new SUVs and pick-up trucks in the Indian market. Currently, Isuzu India offers the D-MAX V-Cross and MU-X along with some commercial-purpose derivatives of the D-MAX. We tell you Isuzu cars price in India along with the variants and features on offer.
Isuzu Cars Price
As we stated earlier, Isuzu India currently offers the D-MAX pick-up range and the MU-X SUV whereas the next-gen models of both the D-MAX and MU-X are in the pipeline.
Isuzu D-MAX – Rs 11.99 – 25.59 Lakh
Isuzu D-MAX is a capable pick-up truck that has been offered in multiple derivatives like the S-Cab, Hi-Lander and V-Cross. The V-Cross leads the range with both automatic and 4×4 options on offer. The V-Cross comes powered by a 1.9-litre diesel engine, mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. It is available in both 4×2 and 4×4 trim levels. The S-Cab and D-Max come powered with a 2.5-litre diesel engine, mated with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Talking about features, the top of the line V-Cross comes equipped with Bi-LED headlights, DRLs, alloy wheels, leather seats, shark-fin antenna, automatic climate control, push-button start/stop, cruise control, powered driver’s seat and a lot more. Coming to the price, the D-MAX range starts from Rs 11.99 lakh and goes to Rs 25.59 lakh ex-showroom. Only the V-Cross is offered in multiple variants that are Z 4×2, Z 4×4 and Z Prestige 4×4.
Isuzu MU-X – Rs 33.37 – 35.34 Lakh
Isuzu MU-X is the mid-size seven-seat SUV from Isuzu and it shares its underpinnings with the now-discontinued Chevrolet Trailblazer. Isuzu MU-X has now grown old in front of the charm of the new MG Gloster, Toyota Fortuner, and even the Mahindra Alturas G4. It resembles a lot with the V-Cross in the way it looks and lacks the wow factor. Isuzu MU-X comes powered with a 1.9-litre diesel engine, mated to the 6-speed automatic with either 4×2 or 4×4 options.
In terms of features, the MU-X offers keyless entry with push-button start/stop, touchscreen infotainment, automatic climate control, cruise control, powered driver’s seat and a lot more. Isuzu offers the MU-X in the fully loaded trim with the 4×4 being the only differentiator. The MU-X range kick starts from Rs 33.37 lakh and goes to Rs 35.34 lakh ex-showroom.
Here were the Isuzu cars price in India with the respective variants and features on offer. Isuzu India will soon upscale its offerings by launching the new-gen products.
