Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the “Refer a Friend” program on Carorbis.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • The “Refer a Friend” program is open to all registered users of Carorbis.com.
   • The referee (friend you refer) must be a new customer and have never made an order on Carorbis.com before.
     
     
2. Referral Process:
   • To refer a friend, you must log in to your Carorbis.com account and use the unique referral link provided on your account dashboard to share with others.
   • The referred friend must make their first order using the unique referral link provided.
     
     
3. Reward Details:
   • You (the referrer) will receive a 10% discount on your next purchase, up to a maximum of ₹500, after your referred friend completes their first order on Carorbis.com.
   • The referred friend will also receive a 5% discount (up to ₹300) on their first order by applying the code SAVE5 at checkout.
   • If you refer multiple people, you will receive a separate coupon code for each referral. 
     
     
4. Conditions for Referral to Qualify:
   • The referred friend must make a successful payment for the order. Cancellations, returns, and refunds will not qualify the referral for a discount.
     
     
5. Validity:
   • The referral discount for the referrer has unlimited validity, and each coupon can only be used once per referral. If you refer multiple people, you will receive multiple coupon codes.
   • Discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
     
     
6. Exclusions:
   • This offer is not valid on previous orders or orders made through any other third-party referral platforms.
   • Carorbis.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the referral offer at any time without prior notice.
     
     
7. Fraudulent Activity:
   • Any form of fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the referral program, will lead to disqualification from the program and may result in account suspension or termination.
     
     
8. General Terms:
   • Carorbis.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the “Refer a Friend” program at its discretion, at any time, without prior notice.
   • In case of any disputes, the decision of Carorbis.com shall be final and binding.
