3M’s Finesse It Marine Paste is a great product that can be used to remove fine scratches, oxidation, and sanding marks on your boat’s gelcoat finish. It has a long working time so it requires less compound to be used per application. The paste is well suited for use on metal boats with heavily oxidized surfaces and finishes or brightwork (such as rails) where white color reduces the potential for staining by the paste. This process can be done several times in one session until desired results are achieved.
