No, it is not mandatory to have an account on carorbis.com to buy from our website. You may checkout as a guest if you want to purchase without creating an account. However we recommend creating an account and then continuing purchase as it helps you keep a track of your order history.

Yes! Carorbis incorporates a secure-server technology that encrypts all the information provided by you to make sure that the information is safely stored on the internet.

You can cancel the order until it hasn’t been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order can’t be cancelled. To cancel an order that you have placed, you must visit the ‘order summary’ section on the home page. There, you will find the button for cancelling the order. In case you haven’t signed up, you can write to us at help@carorbis.com to get the order cancelled before it is dispatched.

Warranty for all products manufactured/sold by various brand can be claimed as per the respective brand policies and procedure directly from the brand.

Most orders at Carorbis.com are dispatched within the first 24 hours. So, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 days of placing it. You can track your orders in real time by visiting the order summary section on your dashboard. To access your dashboard, just tap on the ‘My Account’ icon on the top right side on your screen.

The warranty details for any product are mentioned on the very page of the product. So, you can check the warranty details in the product description section. For any queries, you can write to us at help@carorbis.com. You can also check with the brand directly to get more details on the warranty claims.

In case you have received a damaged product, you must click a picture of the damaged item, focusing on the damage. Next, you have to write to us at help@carorbis.com sharing the picture within 24 hours of receiving the product. Also, if you have something expensive or fragile, we recommend you to make an unboxing video of the product just when you receive it.

When you apply to return an order, the returned order is inspected by the QC team at Carorbis. Once the order is approved, the refund process is initiated within the next 24 hours. After this, it can take upto 5-7 days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account, that is, the same account from which the payment for the product was initiated.

If you wish to return an order, you can apply for its refundable return by visiting the order summary section.
