4. Remove handlebar clamps using a screwdriver by inserting the flat end into the gap between the plastic piece and your motorcycle's frame, then twisting to release them. Do this for all clamping pieces on both sides of your motorcycle. You will now have your handlebars detached from the motorcycle.
   
5. Place z bar motorcycle handlebars on top of the original ones if they are now removed or move them alongside them in case you plan to switch back after installation. Remove the pieces that hold the handlebars together using a screwdriver.
   
6. Align bolt holes of new z bar motorcycle handlebars with those of the removed ones, then push them through from the other side. Attach pieces to both sides using a screwdriver.
   
7. Repeat step 5 for z bar motorcycle handlebars if you plan on switching them back to their original positions along with your ride-ready pair if they were not already. There should be nothing further holding your newly installed z bar motorcycle handlebars in place now - enjoy!
