Shipping Policy

At Carorbis, we completely understand the complexities of an e-commerce ecosystem. Hence, our team of experts has devised an end-to-end online sales channel to create a seamless user journey for both the sellers and the end customers. Here are a few highlights of our shipping policies for the vendors/business owners we partner with:

CENTRALISED DASHBOARD FOR A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE

  • Access to a centralised dashboard to the vendors/business owners. 
  • 360-degree view of the entire cycle with real-time status updates.
  • Detailed analytics of billing and product details, shipping details, shipping cost, and profit margin.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PACKAGING

  • After an order is placed, invoice and packaging slip are presented in the dashboard.
  • After the inventory check, the product is packed, and the invoice is generated. 
  • The packaging slip must be downloaded and stuck on the package. 
  • It is now ready to be picked up by the logistics partner.

ORDER PICKUP

  • The pickup request is automatically generated with the logistics partner once the shipment is ready.
  • If the vendor is not ready with the product, then the logistics partner will attempt the pickup the following day.
  • Real-time status updates about every phase till the last-mile delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Our dashboard informs the sellers beforehand about the product pricing.
  • It gives them room to accommodate overheads and shipping charges.

RETURNS

  • If a customer requests an exchange or refund, our selected products come with a 7-day return policy.
  • In case of an exchange, a new product will be shipped to the customer after the seller has received the older one.
  • However, the logistics cost of return and replace orders would be solely borne by the vendors/business owners.
  • Carorbis will only facilitate the entire operations between the two parties.
  • Not all products fall under the 7-day return policy. 
  • Please check the respective individual product pages to check the return and replace eligibility of any specific product.
